How long have you been with CX? I have been here pretty close to the beginning — about 18 months right now. When I first started, there were four or five of us in total, and we all wore many hats. It is fun and exciting to watch CX grow.

What is your typical day like? As Director of Product Management, I have an opportunity to work with just about everyone throughout the company. My job involves understanding the market and their needs. From there, I then work closely with our development team to determine which needs we are well-suited to meet. While the development team builds out the solution, I then get to work with our marketing team to ensure we get the word out to the right people in the right way. (more…)
