Happy Valentine’s Day! While you may be celebrating this romantic holiday with your sweetie, today the CX crew is swooning over our collaborative online cloud storage — a product we hope you love as much as we do. We know our CX cloud storage users employ our free online storage app in a variety of ways, and the same holds true for the CX cloud computing team. You may think we just access if for work, but we’re just as passionate about our product as some of our biggest advocates are. Here are some of the diverse ways we use CX personally — maybe this will inspire you with some new ways to use our CX app to make your life easier.
Mike Lyons, Web Developer: I was using CX in a way that I hadn’t even realized until now. Whenever I have an important document that I know I will need later or that I want to archive, I make sure to upload it to CX, because I know that no matter what happens to my computer or phone, it will always be safe and available in the cloud even if I don’t own my own device — heaven forbid! Denver Startup Week: Hidden Tech Jewel in Colorado

Last month, I attended Denver Startup Week and served on the experience committee for DEMOgala, the annual technology conference hosted by the Colorado Technology Association. Anyone who follows the tech startup scene knows that Denver is becoming a hot spot for startups such as ibotta, FullContact and Forkly. What people might not know is just how hot the Denver scene is getting.
Denver and Boulder are just minutes apart, but their tech scenes are evolving at a much different pace. Boulder is home to a number of mature tech companies and has a startup scene that’s been fostered by incubators such as TechStars. Denver, on the other hand, has a fairly young tech scene that’s exploding at a rapid pace due to a great investor pool, a well-educated workforce and a great work/life balance in an attractive city . As a Denver native, I’ve watched the Denver tech community evolve from a small handful of startups to a burgeoning community of hustlers, movers and shakers. The amazing community and turnout for year’s Startup Week really reinforced Denver’s position as the up-and-coming “place to be” in tech. (more…)
