What is your typical day like? Typical day — is there such a thing at CX? That is why I love working at CX, as there is not such a thing. My role in corporate development really allows me the ability to be involved in such a variety of projects which are both internal and external. From sales and new business development, to building new partnerships such as our recent release with Pi.pe and others, to internal activities such as actioning customer feedback, to implementing our enhanced support services structure for our CX for Business product, to reviewing our feature sets and working with development to review and consider additional features we can implement to further extend our world-class product further into the consumer and small business markets. What is your typical day like? Usually I start out my day with some planning and discussion with our scrum master (Dan Smoker) as to what new features have been completed and are ready for testing. Then I test our product on a staging environment, and if everything goes well, we will push these features to production for the end user.
