Many of you have asked for WebDAV access for CX. You may have wanted it for a simple virtual drive on your computer or so that you can get to all of your CX files on different iPad apps.

WebDAV for CX is here!

What Can I Do with WebDAV?
• Connect to your CX account on your iPad with iWorks (or other WebDAV-enabled apps)
• Create a virtual drive on your Windows or Mac machine, which means: 1) You can drag files into CX and have them upload; and 2) You can drag files AND folders out of CX to download copies of the files.

How Do I Get WebDAV for CX?

CX has partnered with Otixo to provide you access to CX via WebDAV, along with a bunch of other great capabilities within Otixo. To get started with Otixo and CX, you will need to create a free account on Otixo.

Get Your Free Otixo Account

Once you have your account in Otixo, make sure you add CX as your cloud service provider. This is what gives Otixo the ability to display your files via the Otixo site and tools (WebDAV).

Now, you can use the Otixo WebDAV capabilities to get started.

Thanks, Otixo!

Otixo is a partner with CX and has developed a CX integration into their product. Otixo provides an easy way for users to access their cloud-based content, regardless of where it is. Give Otixo a try, and let us know what you think about it.

Sorry… Otixo is not a WebDAV interface; albeit, it is a connection to CX. I believe most users requesting a WebDAV connection are seeking a direct connection with CX… not Otixo. So… is there a direct WebDAV connection? If so, would you mind sharing? If not, when will one be available? Thanks much… Reply

Hi, Jim. Otixo provides WebDAV access to their providers. CX is a provider supported via Otixo. As for direct WebDAV access -- we do not currently support that, and we do not have an estimate of when it will be available. Thanks for reading! Reply
