Did you know that most crimes occur when it’s dark outside? Criminals obviously don’t want to get caught, so they commit crimes at night so they’ll have some sort of cover, and it’ll be easier for them to sneak up on a victim. Some of us (let’s be honest -– most of us) work some pretty crazy hours where we don’t see the sun for a full day. Personal safety is important when going into or leaving your work and even your home. You don’t need to be a martial arts master or a super-secret ninja in order to protect yourself. In fact, it’s important to stop an attack before it even starts! There are a few things you should think about before you head into or out of work tomorrow. (more…)
